What to Expect – Simple, Safe, Life-Changing

The implant procedure is quick, minimally invasive, and designed with your comfort in mind. Here’s how easy it is to take the first step:

  1. Fast Pre-Screening
You’ll get a medical assessment to ensure the implant is right for you. We’ll answer all your questions and guide you through what to expect.

  2. Quick Outpatient Procedure
The implant is inserted under local anesthesia just beneath the skin—usually in the lower abdomen. It takes under an hour, and you go home the same day.

  3. Back to Life, Fast
Most patients feel normal within 24–48 hours. There’s no hospital stay, no daily visits—just steady protection so you can focus on rebuilding your life.

  4. Ongoing Support
We stay with you through your recovery journey, offering guidance, reassurance, and any follow-up care you may need.

This isn’t just a procedure—it’s a turning point.

Dr. George O'Neil

Dr. George O'Neil

My name is Dr. George O’Nail, and I’ve dedicated over two decades of my life to helping people break free from addiction. I’m the creator of the OLANI implant, a medical innovation designed to offer long-lasting support for those ready to reclaim their lives. My journey began in gynecology, but early on, I was drawn to the deeply human challenges of addiction—how it devastates individuals, families, and entire communities. That calling led me to specialize in addiction medicine, blending neurobiology, behavioral science, and compassionate care to support lasting recovery. The OLANI implant was born from a simple but powerful idea: what if we could give people months of relief from cravings—without daily pills, harsh withdrawals, or constant battles with willpower? I developed this implant to fill a critical gap in addiction treatment. It’s minimally invasive, long-acting, and has helped thousands of my patients take control and stay focused on building healthy, meaningful lives. Over the years, I’ve treated more than 4,000 patients, shared my work at international conferences, and collaborated with clinics around the world to make this treatment more accessible. But what matters most to me is seeing people walk out of my clinic with hope in their eyes—and the tools to stay free. Addiction is not a moral failing. It’s a medical condition—and with the right approach, it’s treatable. If you’re ready to take that first step, I invite you to reach out. The support is here. The science is real. And your new life is waiting.
Dr. David Allen

Dr. David Allen

I'm Dr. David Allen, and I’ve spent my life at the intersection of psychiatry, public health, and healing. As a former faculty member at Harvard Medical School and Yale University, and later as a clinical professor of psychiatry at Georgetown Medical School, I’ve had the privilege of training some of the brightest minds in medicine. But my deepest passion has always been helping individuals and communities overcome the trauma and isolation caused by addiction. I’ve led groundbreaking work in cocaine addiction treatment both in Washington, DC and in my home country, the Bahamas—where I founded one of the first comprehensive addiction recovery programs in the region. Through my career, I’ve authored over 60 academic papers and several books, and have been honored with international awards for my contributions to addiction recovery. But accolades aside, what drives me is seeing lives change—watching people come back to themselves, regain dignity, and reconnect with their families and purpose. My work is grounded in the belief that addiction is a response to pain, isolation, and broken systems. True recovery involves not just medication or abstinence, but, compassion, and connection. Today, I continue this mission in private practice, helping people navigate complex emotional struggles, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. If you or someone you love is searching for a way forward, I invite you to reach out. Healing is real, and with the right guidance and support, a renewed life is entirely possible.
Dr. Fergus Law

Dr. Fergus Law

I'm Dr. Fergus Law, and I’ve devoted my career to advancing addiction psychiatry—bringing together clinical rigor, care, and innovation in treatment. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Substance Misuse, with medical and research credentials (MBChB, BSc, FRCPsych), I specialize in helping people recover from opioid, benzodiazepine, and prescription medication dependencies. In my work, I’ve co‑authored pivotal studies—such as randomized controlled trials comparing methadone and buprenorphine for opioid stabilisation—and helped develop protocols like “Detox‑in‑a‑Box,” a structured outpatient detox model combining buprenorphine front‑loading and lofexidine to increase success rates. These innovations have contributed to significant improvements in outpatient opiate‑free exits and detox outcomes. I’ve also contributed over 30 academic publications, I’ve worked across clinical settings to integrate best practice for benzodiazepine dependence, Z‑drugs, gabapentinoids, and opioid detoxification. My treatment philosophy is grounded in trauma‑informed care, personalized detox strategies, and a belief that lasting recovery emerges through combined pharmacological, psychological, and social support. I’ve seen firsthand how recovery transforms lives—helping patients rebuild health, relationships, and purpose. If you're struggling with addiction or seeking a compassionate, evidence‑based path forward, I welcome you to reach out. A new chapter is possible—and I'm here to help you begin.
Dr. Ahmet Yazici

Dr. Ahmet Yazici

My name is Dr. Ahmet Yazıcı, and I’ve dedicated my medical career to helping people overcome addiction and mental health challenges. Through my work in various private clinics and hospitals, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience treating individuals from all walks of life, each with their own unique story and needs. My journey has taken me beyond the clinic as well—I served as a District Health Director and participated in the International Symposium on Drug Policy and Public Health, deepening my academic expertise and global perspective in the field. What drives me most is the human connection. I’m known for my ability to communicate with empathy and clarity, working closely with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a native speaker of Turkish and Arabic, and with strong proficiency in English, I can bridge language and cultural gaps that often stand in the way of effective treatment. Addiction is not a moral failing—it’s a medical condition. And like any medical condition, it can be treated with the right combination of science, strategy, and compassion. My approach blends medical knowledge, evidence-based methods, and personal connection to support lasting recovery. If you’re ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out. The support is here. The science is real. And your new life is waiting.
Dr. Mustafa Eskici

Dr. Mustafa Eskici

I’m Mustafa Eskici, a licensed pharmacist and graduate of Istanbul University, with a professional focus on mental health, addiction treatment, and holistic wellness. My work combines the science of pharmacology with a deep understanding of how nutritional supplements can support recovery, resilience, and overall health. Having lived in the Gulf region for many years, I’ve developed a nuanced understanding of its social and cultural dynamics—insight that allows me to connect meaningfully with patients and provide care that respects both their medical needs and cultural context. As a native Arabic speaker, fluent in Turkish and proficient in English, I can bridge linguistic and cultural gaps to offer professional, empathetic support to people from all walks of life. I believe addiction is not simply a medical issue—it’s often rooted in emotional pain, isolation, and disconnection. True recovery requires a comprehensive approach that addresses both body and mind, using the best of medical science and personalized care. If you or someone you love is seeking a path toward healing, I welcome you to reach out. The support is here. The science is sound. And your journey toward wellness can start today.
